Having more than 30 years of work experience in the past, and adding 10 successful foundations and commencements in 2025. He is now having more than half a century of family members - as staff, technicians, agencies, and associations.
His Mother, Smt. Naik has greatly influenced Mr. Yogesh's upbringing and work culture, who honoured “गुणवंत कामगार पुरस्कार-MTECH India Pvt ltd" for being hard-working, integrity, and rising from bottom of the family. Yes, a life partner is also a business partner here. Mrs. Monika Y. Naik heads Sourcing & Corporate HR in the organisation, a Commerce Graduate with Experience as an experienced professional.
Second-generation Mr. Omkar Yogesh Naik, an Engineering practitioner, leads the business as the Key Accounts Head, CRM, and Sales & Marketing, with a specialisation in AI Tool-Application-based technology.
